It is evident that Dhoni can beat Usain Bolt if he competes in 22yards with pads. Here is a video proof of Dhoni beating his personal record by running at 31Kmph in Guwahati. It is a known fact that Dhoni is capable of turning singles into doubles in a quick span of time.

The lightning speed runner has set a world record of running between the wickets against Australians in the 2^nd T20. Dhoni took a test and completed a stretch of 20 meters in 2.91 seconds and completed a 3 run race in 8.30 seconds.
